This seven-story, 60-unit mixed-use project has been approved and will rise along Stevenson Street and 14th street corridor. The new development will be directly adjacent to Stevenson Street Studios. Development is projected to commence Spring 2021.

Developed by New York based DDG Partners, SF based Heller Manus Architects envisioned a bold new residential complex with commercial and residential components. This building is located directly adjacent to Stevenson Street Studios. Completion is slated for Spring 2021.
